My Story
This time 10 years ago I was on the verge of several breakdowns.
In fact, I wasn't verging, I was knee-deep in them.
One, would have been enough but several, well, I am not quite sure how I endured it?
Do I feel vulnerable talking about this?
Absolutely but because I survived it, I want to share, so I can allow others to know it is possible.
I won't go into my story too much but let's just say, it led to a lot of shame, worthless self-loathing, confidence bashing, anxiety, and depression.
Yip, I have many T-shirts to show for it.
I struggled with a broken marriage, broken family, no money, loss of friends and a tonne of guilt but most of all, I was left with little self-respect.
My story is one of real-life and about how we CAN pick ourselves up.
Actually, when people like us, gather our bits up from off the floor, we can have the MOST monumental, powerful stories to tell and lives to live.
We are those kids, that have faced fear and sadness but now have the spirit, courage, and susceptibility, to bravely stand up and deal with ... pretty much anything.
We are, quite frankly filled with more spunk and tenacity than the ones that got it easy.
So with all that said, how do we spin it around from weakness and meekness to daring and audacious?
About a year ago now, I was faced with a dilemma...
Do I stay in a job that is leaving me feeling depleted and intimidated or do I stand tall and follow my gut instinct to start a course that I truly felt would serve myself and my family with more peace and contentment?
It meant, however being unemployed and facing judgment.
It was terrifying but all I can say is my discernment served me well.
After finishing an Intuitive Coaching Course, I decided I needed something a bit more tangible to go with it.
I researched, analyzed, consulted and explored, looking for the best modality, which would get the fastest results, alongside scientific backup. One more thing, I wanted an elite teacher!
After much investigating, I ended up in Sydney, where I gained my Practitioners Certificate in EFT and Matrix Reimprinting.
It has been a huge couple of years, learning deeply, while discovery amazing insights and tools which has not only set me free but has allowed me to guide others away from what is NOT serving them. To gain freedom from their own self-judgment, shame, pain, hurt, anxiety, stress, and doubt.
So many exciting things lay on the other side of fear.
Sometimes you just have to trust the process and the outcome will follow.
I took a massive leap of faith, trusted my gut to embrace change, to make a difference in my life for myself and my children.
I am so glad I can now lead others through this process ~ Freaken exciting times ahead for us all.
